Before you start
Have these ready so you can move through the camera check without interruption.
- A connected US accountSign in with your Amazon Flex account connected and a subscription that gives you access to Scheduled Offers.
- An eligible scheduled blockUse the availability message and enabled Bypass Selfie button on your block as your guide.
- A phone and a clear viewUse a working front camera, reliable internet, good lighting, and an uncovered face. Hold your phone upright.
- The account holder, on cameraThe account holder completes their own live camera check on their phone. Open the link in Safari or Chrome if an in-app browser cannot access the camera.
Seeing photo options instead? OnlyFlexer checks which selfie type Amazon Flex requires. This guide covers the live selfie link flow; photo options mean your account was directed to the photo flow.
About the screenshots: This walkthrough uses fictional account and block data. Camera access and Amazon responses were simulated. The camera panel is labeled as a mock, and success screens illustrate the app’s confirmation state.
Open Selfie Bypass
Sign in to OnlyFlexer and tap Selfie in the bottom navigation.
You can also open the menu at the top left and choose Selfie Bypass. This takes you to your scheduled offers.
Choose your scheduled block
On Scheduled Offers, find your block and check the date, time, and station.
When the card says Selfie bypass available now, tap Bypass Selfie.
Button not available yet?
The screen shows a 30-minute window before your block starts. Follow the availability message on your block. If you see No Scheduled Offers, you need an upcoming scheduled block first.
Copy your live selfie link
OnlyFlexer checks which selfie type is required. For a live selfie, the Live selfie link sheet opens and creates your link automatically.
Tap Copy Link and look for Link copied. Send the link to the account holder so they can open it on their own phone. They can complete the live selfie remotely, without being physically with you while you’re on route.
If you are the account holder and already using that phone, open the link in a new browser tab to keep OnlyFlexer available.
One link. One use.
The link is valid for up to 10 minutes from creation. Share it only with the account holder and follow the expiry time in the app.
If copying fails, select the link in the field and copy it manually.
Allow camera access
The link opens Complete your live selfie. You do not need to sign in to OnlyFlexer again on this page.
Read the preparation instructions, then tap Allow camera & start. Allow access when your browser asks to use the camera.
You will see Getting your selfie ready. This can take about a minute. Keep the page open while your session is prepared.
Follow the time limit on the page. Once the session starts, shorter deadlines apply than the original link expiry.
Complete the live camera challenge
Follow the instructions on your phone. Keep only your face in view and hold the phone upright and steady.
Wait for the prompts before moving closer, and finish before the displayed time limit. In a real session, live video streams to the verification service.
The account holder must complete the camera check.
They need to be in front of their own phone’s camera. A saved photo cannot complete the liveness flow.
The screenshot shows a labeled camera simulation. Follow the actual prompts that appear on your own phone.
Wait for Amazon Flex to confirm
After the camera step, the page displays Your selfie is finished. Waiting for Amazon Flex to confirm the result…
Keep the page open and avoid refreshing or closing the verification tab during the attempt.
Camera finished ≠ verification complete.
This waiting message means the final result has not arrived yet. Wait for confirmation from Amazon Flex.
Check your final result
Look for Verification complete and the message Amazon Flex confirmed your selfie. You’re all set.
The original OnlyFlexer Live selfie link sheet updates automatically with the same result. Once you have checked it, you can close the sheet.
Continue with any remaining instructions in Amazon Flex for your block.
Let’s get your selfie back on track.
Find the message or situation you are seeing below.
Camera permission was denied
Allow camera access in your browser settings, return to the still-open verification page, and try again. If permission was denied before the session started, you can use the same link while it remains valid.
The camera will not open
Close other apps using the camera and retry. If the phone has no working camera, use a phone that does. If an in-app browser cannot access the camera, open the verification link directly in Safari or Chrome.
The link expired or was already used
Return to OnlyFlexer and tap Create new link when available. Refreshing the verification page can also leave you without a usable link. Begin a new attempt with a fresh link.
I need to cancel or start again
Return to the original Live selfie link sheet and tap Cancel verification. OnlyFlexer will show that the selfie was cancelled and offer Create new link. Closing the sheet only hides it; use the cancellation button to stop the attempt.
A selfie is already in progress, or I reached the link limit
Finish or cancel the existing attempt before creating another. Only one active link is allowed per Amazon account. Link creation is limited to five links per ten minutes; if you reach the limit, wait before trying again.
The selfie could not be confirmed, or the connection dropped
Open Amazon Flex and follow its instructions. A failed, cancelled, expired, or still-waiting state is not confirmation. If your connection drops after capture, check Amazon Flex before starting another attempt.
