You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of your initial purchase.

Time Requirement

  • Refund request must be made within 48 hours from the time of purchase
  • The 48-hour period begins immediately upon successful payment processing
Example

If you purchase a subscription on Monday at 2:00 PM, you have until Wednesday at 2:00 PM to submit your refund request to be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from the time of purchase will not be accepted.

Failing to cancel on time may result in automatic renewal and charges, which are subject to the same 48-hour refund policy.
