1. Subscription Terms

OnlyFlexer offers subscription-based services, billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (weekly or monthly). By subscribing to OnlyFlexer, you agree to our subscription terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that situations might change, and you might need to request a refund. Refunds for subscription payments are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase date and have not used more than 1/4 of the subscription period.

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your subscription after 30 days of the initial purchase date but have not used more than 1/3 of the subscription period, you are eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.
